Tier 3 and Battle Keep Done! by on June 21, 2008

On the 16th of June, Rising Arms finished the Tier 3 Keep upgrade:




This allowed us to finally create the Battle Keep that everyone has been waiting and farming for:




Unfortunately for us, and every other guild at this point in the game, we cannot raid an enemy guild's keep while in possession of our own. For us, this means we get to wait around for the slower paced guilds to farm up to a Tier3 Keep and siege our Keep. For lower populated servers, this means they'll have a few strong guilds on the server with Battle Keeps, but no one to siege them.

Hopefully Funcom will work with their Endgame guilds and allow us to siege each other. If not, they'll have a lot of unhappy customers who won't be sticking around for very long.

We're looking forward to the upcoming changes and the PvP system. If they're added in a timely manner, look for more updates from Rising Arms soon.

Rising Arms - PvE Champs by on June 07, 2008

A lot of us come from a hefty PvE WoW background, and since we could no longer upgrade our city we decided to try out some of AoC's raids.

The fights are pretty straight forward, and the first boss we downed was definitely a "tank and Spank" fight:




Unfortunately our instance crashed soon after and all the trash respawned so we decided to try out Onyxi....I mean Vistrix.




Progress was made and he'll die soon, meanwhile we're still farming away for our Tier3 city.

Guild City Update - TIER 2 COMPLETE by on June 04, 2008

After our Tier2 architect finally became un-suspended for having acting as our temporary guild bank, we've pooled our mats and finished off our Tier2 city.

I want to thank all of the guild members for their donations of time and materials. We're one of the smallest "Big Guilds" on tyranny, so many people have to put in twice the effort.
